Rico33 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at rico33 and use all platform services, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Access to the platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal authorization to access online casino services in your jurisdiction.
• Hold a valid CPF and Brazilian identity documents for verification purposes.
• Not appearing on any gambling self-exclusion lists or having had an account closed for prohibited conduct on any partner platform.

Each player may have only one active account at Rico33. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, CPF, IP address, or device is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with any pending balances held pending verification.

By completing the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date. rico33 may request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure and suspension of withdrawals.

2Identity Verification (KYC)

Rico33 is required to verify the identity of its players to comply with legal anti-money laundering obligations and minor protection regulations. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Verification may be requested in the following situations:

• At the time of the first withdrawal;
• When the total volume of accumulated deposits exceeds certain thresholds;
• At any time, at the discretion of Rico33's compliance team.

Documents that may be requested include: a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

3Deposits

All deposits on Rico33 are made in BRL. The platform accepts the following payment methods:

• Pix — instant processing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day. Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00.
• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — immediate processing. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• PicPay — instant processing. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Mercado Pago — instant processing. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks) — minimum deposit: R$ 50.00.

Rico33 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the player's bank or payment institution are solely the player's responsibility and vary according to their agreement with each institution.

Deposits must be made exclusively with payment methods registered in the name of the Rico33 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Using another person's payment method may result in the balance being frozen and the account being closed.

Rico33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that show inconsistencies, suspected fraud, or that do not meet the platform's compliance policies.

4Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, the player must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and have no active restrictions on their account. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal amount — limits may vary based on the player's VIP level.

The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing within up to 5 minutes after internal approval. Diamond and Elite VIP members receive priority processing, with withdrawals typically completed in under 2 minutes. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account used for the deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Only real balance (not active bonus balance) can be withdrawn. Bonus balance must be converted to real balance by completing the rollover requirement before it becomes available for withdrawal.
• Rico33 does not charge fees on withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount the player receives.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be subject to an additional security review, with a release timeframe of up to 48 business hours.
• Rico33 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals in certain compliance-related circumstances.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Rico33 offers several types of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general principles apply to all platform bonuses:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): all bonus balance is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. The rollover amount is always specified in the offer's terms. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30× rollover requires R$ 3,000.00 in eligible bets before withdrawal.
• Expiration date: unused bonuses or incomplete rollovers not fulfilled within the specified timeframe are automatically cancelled. The deadline is always displayed on the promotion page.
• Game contribution: not all games contribute equally toward completing the rollover. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute at different rates. Check the contribution table in each promotion for details.

• Exclusive monthly bonuses: special credits issued at the beginning of each month to members from the Silver level and above.

8Responsible Gaming

• Making deposits with credit cards or bank accounts belonging to third parties without authorization.
• Use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
